Reading glasses, available in ready-made or prescription versions, improve the ability to read something up close, such as a book or a computer screen. Ready-made readers are available in fixed magnification such as +0.50, +1.00, +1.50, and so on, which are best suited for people who have the same lens power or magnification for both eyes.
Prescription reading glasses can be processed based on the specific reading prescription prescribed by the eye doctor as well. The power in each eye might be different.
